任职要求： 1、生物化学及食品相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、一年及以上相关工作经验； 3、CET-4及以上等级证书，听、说、读、写能力较强； 4、较强的沟通能力（书面和口头）和学习能力； 5、身体健康，有良好的心理素质及职业道德。 工作内容: 1、协助工艺工程师完成对明胶及油脂产量和质量的提高，提升工厂的效益。 Help process engineer to complete improving the production and quality of gelatine and fat, promote profit. 2、协助工艺工程师完成对生产工艺参数的改进及优化，降低吨胶成本和缩减生产开销 Help process engineer to complete improvement of the process parameters，to reduce the mt gelatine cost and save process consumption. 3、协助工艺工程师完成对车间各区域所用的化学品种类选择及添加量的确定,降低生产成本。 Help process engineer to complete choosing the chemicals in different workshops and determine the dose, reduce production cost. 4、协助工艺工程师处理车间各区域生产过程中的突发状况。 Help process engineer to deal with the emergency during production. 5、不定时到车间取样进行实验测试，监控产品质量。 Take sample to test from workshop, monitor the product quality. 6、定期选取原材料进行质量检验并记录，测试胶液的黏度、冻力、菌降、得率等指标，确保原材料质量。 Select raw materials for testing regularly, test viscosity、bloom、VB、yield and so on, ensure the quality of raw materials. 7、将生产工艺记录输入电脑,进行工艺数据分析 Input the process data in computer，analysis. 8、负责车间样品的验收及送样检验。 Responsible for receive samples from workshop and test. 9、保证本岗位在工厂安全、健康和环保的要求下进行生产活动。 Ensure unit operation activities under site HSE requirement. 10、负责工艺试验设备器具的使用和管理. Process equipment and management. 11、理解环境制度和一般的环境目标。 Understanding of our Environmental policy, and general environmental objectives. 12、负责坚持所有和综合环境管理体系相联系的具体的流程。 Responsible to adhere to procedures detailed in the Integrated Environmental Management System. 13、坚持执行公司安全、环境和质量控制方面的规章制度和流程，它包括： Adherence to company polices and procedures resulting from safety, environmental and quality systems. This includes: （1）理解和依从安全、环境和食品卫生方面的政策和目标。 Understanding and compliance to safety, environmental and food safety polices and objectives （2）紧急事件反应计划和流程 Emergency response plan and procedures 14、其他需在规定时间内完成的合理的相关的任务。 Other reasonable and relevant tasks completed as required from time to time. 福利：六险一金、年度体检、餐补、年休假、节日福利、生日福利、年终奖、高温补贴等。
